Thank you for choosing us! By booking your appointment, you agree to the following terms to help everything run smoothly:
– Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens — We totally get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less notice may be charged 50% of the service cost.
– No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notifying us, you’ll be charged the full price of the service. Please communicate if something comes up — We appreciate your consideration
– Running Late
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, We might need to adjust or reschedule your service based on the time available. A fee may still apply in these cases.
– Payment & Fees
Any cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before you can book your next appointment. Payment for all services is due at the time of your visit. Prices may vary depending on hair length, condition, or any additional treatments added during the session.
– Health & Comfort
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure your experience is safe and comfortable.
– Guests
To maintain a calm and focused environment, we kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment unless we’ve discussed otherwise beforehand.
– Service Changes
If you change your mind about your service during the appointment (e.g., add a treatment or request a different style), additional charges may apply depending on the time and products required.
